A reputable wedding planning company in Jeddah is seeking a highly experienced and talented Indian Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and executing weddings for Indian clients in Jeddah. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision for their wedding and provide recommendations based on their preferences and budget
- Source and manage vendors such as venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, etc.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the wedding
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth execution of services on the day of the wedding
- Handle all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and guest management
- Provide support and guidance to the bride and groom throughout the planning process

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with experience planning Indian weddings
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wedding Planner
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain good relationships with vendors
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to work long hours including evenings and weekends when necessary
