We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the execution of the event. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in event planning and a passion for creating unforgettable weddings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
- Develop a detailed plan for each wedding, including venue selection, vendor recommendations, and timeline
- Coordinate with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and musicians to ensure all details are in place
- Oversee the setup and execution of each wedding event
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and continuously seek out new vendors and ideas to enhance our services

Requirements:
- Prior experience in event planning or as a wedding planner is required
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and vendors from different backgrounds
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Nepali or foreign nationality preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
