Part-Time Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Manama. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, handling various tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office duties. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Liaise with clients and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies when needed
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in an office environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business use
