We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through various channels including corporate partnerships, travel agents, and online platforms. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and online partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement
- Train and manage sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with online booking systems is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary:
1200$ per month
