Hotel Sales Manager (Pakistani) in Eldoret


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager in Eldoret. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy at our hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals for the hotel
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients in the local area
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and online booking platforms
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Lead sales team and provide training as needed
- Participate in trade shows and other promotional events to showcase the hotel
- Report on sales performance regularly to senior management

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in hotel sales is an asset but not required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with local market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with bonuses based on performance.
