Hotel Sales Manager - Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a part of our dynamic and growing hotel, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue through various sales strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and reach sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, events, and operations) to create effective sales campaigns
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel and generate leads
- Manage the hotel's online presence on various platforms, including social media, booking websites, and travel agencies
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels through guest feedback and reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
