Hotel Sales Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Your main goal will be to drive revenue growth and increase the hotel's market share.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them through regular communication and visits
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to create attractive packages and promotions for our hotel services
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the hotel and promote our services
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train and supervise a team of sales executives to ensure they meet their individual targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Knowledge of market research methods and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
