Hotel Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales plans, conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and secure repeat business
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop promotional packages and pricing strategies
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the hotel
- Develop relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior sales staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience working in Vilnius is a plus
