IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in the city of Utena. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology strategy and operations of our company. This includes managing the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems and networks, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals
- Manage the IT department, including hiring and training new staff, setting departmental budgets, and evaluating employee performance
- Ensure the security and integrity of our computer systems and networks
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry
- Oversee software and hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Develop policies and procedures for data backup, disaster recovery, cyber security, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (SQL), cybersecurity principles, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions to improve business operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1500$ per month

This position is open to candidates from Canada or Nepal who have relevant work experience in IT management. English proficiency is preferred but not required. We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
