We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office complexes, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop commercial building projects from conception to completion
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure structural integrity and adherence to building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction is carried out according to plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect specializing in commercial projects
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations in Balzers, Liechtenstein
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for design aesthetics

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: This is a full-time contract job.

Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange for their own housing in Balzers.
