We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements and create innovative designs that meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and budget constraints
- Develop concept designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural plans using CAD software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure the design is being followed accurately
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients and update them on project progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Excellent design skills and proficiency in CAD software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Good communication skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. We offer accommodation for international candidates if needed. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
