Senior Architect - Almada, Portugal (Contract)


We are in search of a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Almada, Portugal on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. This role requires someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects from concept development to completion
- Develop detailed design plans and construction documents
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and provide quality control during construction phase
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architecture software
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects preferred
