Office Manager

The Office Manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Ensure that all office equipment is in good working condition and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses, including budget tracking and invoice processing
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to increase efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn new skills

Salary: 1600$ per month

City: Ajman
