Instrument Technician - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, calibrating, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems in industrial plants. You will work with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of instruments such as sensors, transmitters, controllers, and analyzers
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments as per manufacturer's guidelines
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with control systems and make necessary repairs
- Create and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with engineers to identify potential improvements or upgrades for instruments and control systems
- Follow all safety protocols when working with electrical equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Diploma or certification in Instrumentation or a related field
- Familiarity with various types of instrumentation such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, etc.
- Knowledge of control systems such as PLCs and DCSs
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino applicants preferred)
- Valid work visa for Saudi Arabia (free visa provided)
- Willingness to work without accommodation (housing allowance provided)
