Head Chef

We are in need of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Dar Kulaib. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food preparation and service. Your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for food will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that are both creative and cost-effective
- Oversee all food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume establishment
- Proven track record of creating innovative dishes while maintaining profitability
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for food and creativity
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

City: This position is located in Dar Kulaib.
