Head Chef - Pakistani Cuisine


As a Head Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, authentic Pakistani dishes. You will be working closely with our team of cooks and kitchen staff to create delicious and traditional dishes that reflect the rich flavors and unique spices of Pakistan.

Responsibilities:
- Create new and innovative dishes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional Pakistani cuisine
- Develop menus and create specials that showcase seasonal ingredients
- Train, supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portion sizes
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Pakistani spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Experience managing a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Formal culinary training is preferred but not required

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
