Executive Chef - Filipino/Kenyan Cuisine (English Speaking)
Location: Acre, Israel
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Filipino and Kenyan cuisine to join our team in Acre, Israel. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menu items, and training and managing kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Filipino and Kenyan cuisine, as well as strong leadership skills and a creative culinary flair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menu items that showcase the unique flavors of Filipino and Kenyan cuisine
- Ensure quality and consistency of all dishes prepared in the kitchen
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Filipino and Kenyan cuisine
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Creative flair for developing unique menu items
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
1300$ per month
