Computer Support Specialist


The Computer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to computer system users. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer systems, software, printers, and other peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email or in person
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new hardware or software upgrades
- Train new employees on company's computer systems and software
- Conduct regular maintenance on company's computer systems to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer-oriented approach with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Herzliya (preference for Indian candidates)
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
