We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our construction team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and pouring concrete for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of different types of concrete and their applications
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Nepali nationality preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the worksite by setting up forms, scaffolding, and other equipment as needed
- Mix concrete according to specifications and pour it into designated areas using various tools (e.g. wheelbarrows, shovels)
- Smooth out concrete using trowels or other finishing tools
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Clean up worksite after job is complete

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide opportunities for growth within the company for dedicated employees.
