Crane Operator

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Karachi. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment at construction sites or other locations. Your main duties will include operating the crane according to safety standards, performing routine maintenance on the crane, and communicating with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator, a valid crane operator license, and a strong understanding of crane safety regulations. You should also have good hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and physical strength to operate various types of cranes.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes
- Safely lift, move and position materials according to instructions from ground crew
- Inspect crane equipment before use and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety regulations while operating the crane
- Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Keep track of materials lifted by recording data on log sheets
- Report any malfunctions or issues with the crane immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid crane operator license
- Strong understanding of crane safety regulations
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physically fit and able to operate different types of cranes
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
