Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of buildings and structures in St. Petersburg. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create innovative design solutions
- Review project proposals to ensure feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking expenses
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Supervise a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in architecture
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with budget management software is a plus

Salary:
$1600 per month
