Moderator - Indian Language Specialist


We are hiring a Moderator - Indian Language Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Indian languages on our platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong language skills and cultural knowledge to contribute to the growth of our platform.

Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content in Indian languages, ensuring it meets our community guidelines
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content
- Utilize your cultural knowledge to accurately interpret and evaluate content
- Collaborate with the moderation team to continuously improve processes and guidelines
- Provide support and guidance to users regarding content moderation policies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:
- Fluency in an Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of Indian culture, customs, and current events
- Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Comfortable working with technology tools for content moderation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Linguistics, Communications, etc.)
- Previous experience as a language moderator or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Experience working with multicultural teams is an asset

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Note: This position does not include accommodation. We are looking for candidates who are already located or willing to relocate to Kaunas.
