As an Industrial Architect in Siauliai, Lithuania, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients, while also adhering to building codes and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of industrial processes and workflows, as well as experience in designing large-scale structures. You should also have excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design proposals
- Create detailed blueprints and 3D models using specialized software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Make necessary changes or adjustments to designs as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to industrial buildings
- Experience working with engineers, contractors, and other professionals in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent English language skills (additional proficiency in Lithuanian is preferred but not required)
