Responsibilities:
- Communicate with online clients through various channels such as email, live chat, and social media
- Answer client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
- Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Monitor online reviews and respond to any negative feedback in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies to provide valuable insights for business growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box

Salary: $1700 per month without accommodation. This position also includes free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.
