Construction Manager


We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Khasab. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the construction industry. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project finances and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and address any concerns
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

This is a contract position that requires full-time availability. We welcome applicants of any nationality who are fluent in English. Filipinos are preferred due to their strong work ethic and experience in the construction industry.
