Freelance Web Designer

As a freelance web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for various clients. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver websites that meet their requirements. This is a full-time position, and you will have the flexibility to work remotely or in our office located in Sheduva. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, however, proficiency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites according to client specifications
- Create visual elements such as logos, graphics, and images
- Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and design preferences
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Proven experience as a web designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred but not required
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
