Senior JAVA Developer



Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior JAVA Developer to join our team in Washington. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ and includes accommodation for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex JAVA applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best quality solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure optimal performance

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in JAVA development
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design patterns
- Proficiency in Java EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with database design and SQL queries
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
