As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our organization's network infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and security. This includes troubleshooting any issues that may arise, optimizing network performance, and implementing upgrades or new systems as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Manage security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Install and configure network hardware, software, and peripherals
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure its integrity
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot or upgrade systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in network and systems administration (preferred)
- Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and other network equipment
