Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software for computer networks and systems
- Monitor network performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely solutions
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, encryption methods, and other security measures
- Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss of important information
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience working as a Network and Systems Administrator is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Familiarity with network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to find solutions quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
