Waiter/Waitress - Fine Dining

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our upscale restaurant in Nizwa. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in fine dining establishments and be able to communicate effectively with customers from different backgrounds. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take their orders, and serve food and beverages
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to customers
- Provide recommendations on menu items and assist with any inquiries or special requests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clean workstations, dining areas, and restrooms
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in fine dining restaurants preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month plus tips.

Nizwa, Oman.
