Indian Restaurant Manager in Al Buraymi, Oman


We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi, Oman. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Create work schedules and assign duties to employees
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items or adjust existing ones based on customer feedback
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies
- Prepare reports on sales, employee performance, and other key metrics for upper management

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting (preferably Indian cuisine)
- Excellent communication skills (in English) to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and vendors
- Strong leadership skills to motivate staff members and handle conflicts as they arise
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in budgeting and inventory management software is a plus
