Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are a popular Indian restaurant located in the bustling city of Al Buraymi, and we are seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our standards of excellence.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and maintain a loyal customer base.
- Maintain proper sanitation and safety standards throughout the restaurant.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Previous experience in managing an Indian restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including ingredients, cooking techniques, and cultural traditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1400$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
