Crane Operator
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Vilnius. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure safety and report any malfunctions
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment according to instructions
- Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure proper functioning of the crane
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator in a construction setting
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-nationals preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and lift charts
- Strong understanding of safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work on a contract basis
