English Tutor in Nakuru, Kenya



We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized language instruction to students of all levels and ages. This position requires a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum to meet the individual needs of students
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Create engaging and interactive learning activities to enhance language acquisition
- Assess student understanding through regular assessments and evaluations
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share resources and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on current teaching methods and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an English Tutor or similar role
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives

Salary:
1400$ per month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Nakuru, Kenya. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, however accommodation will be provided for non-Kenyan residents.
