Seamstress for Clothing Boutique in Malindi

We are a popular clothing boutique located in the beautiful coastal city of Malindi. We are seeking a talented and experienced Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and excellent sewing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, custom-made garments according to customer specifications
- Alter and repair clothing as needed
- Work with a variety of fabrics and materials
- Ensure all finished garments meet quality standards
- Collaborate with other team members to complete orders efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Excellent sewing skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of fabrics and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and measurements
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to take directions from customers and colleagues
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a boutique or high-end fashion setting
- Familiarity with Indian fashion trends and styles
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, as well as opportunities for growth within the company. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
