Seamstress

We are looking for a skilled Seamstress to join our team in Malindi. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating and repairing a variety of garments, including dresses, suits, and other clothing items.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut fabric according to patterns or measurements
- Sew pieces of fabric together using various stitches and techniques
- Create and alter garments to fit specific measurements or designs
- Repair damaged clothing items
- Work with different types of fabrics and materials
- Collaborate with designers to bring their vision to life
- Keep track of inventory and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Knowledge of sewing techniques, patterns, and fabrics
- Ability to read and interpret design sketches or instructions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Time management skills to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
