Merchandiser - Shan, Pakistan


We are a leading retail company in Shan, Pakistan and we are seeking a talented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies based on market trends and customer preferences
- Coordinate with buying teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Create attractive displays to showcase products in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional displays and activities
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in product placement and presentation
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure all visual elements are in line with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Design or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Urdu (knowledge of English is a plus)

Salary: 1300$ per month
