Sales Manager - Multan, Pakistan
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager in Multan, Pakistan. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve targets and drive growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and support for team members
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or as a sales manager
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month plus commission based on performance. The successful candidate must possess a biometric passport for ease of travel.
