Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Multan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans for growth
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Create sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Train and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (at least 3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer service principles
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with other team members
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Multan (Preference given to local candidates)
