Housekeeping Supervisor



We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Atlanta. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion of duties
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and company policies
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Address guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform regular performance evaluations of housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and proper use of equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Salary:
$1400 per month
