As the Teamlead for Biometric Passport Processing in Sheduva, Pakistan, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of passport processing specialists. You will ensure that all passport applications are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for any escalations or issues related to biometric passport processing. You will also be responsible for training and coaching new team members, as well as conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to your team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in team management and biometric passport processing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in order to effectively lead a diverse team. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
