Tile Installer

A reputable construction company in Washington is seeking a skilled and experienced Tile Installer to join our team. As a Tile Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of tiles in residential and commercial settings. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in tile installation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning and leveling them
- Install tiles using various techniques such as cement backer board or adhesive
- Repair or replace damaged tiles
- Grout and seal tiles to ensure a clean finish
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tile Installer or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different tile materials, patterns, and installation techniques
- Proficient in using tile cutting tools such as wet saws and grinders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Valid work visa (if not a US citizen)
