Facade Technician (Contract) - Karachi, Pakistan

We are hiring a Facade Technician to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan on a contract basis. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in facade work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain building facades according to specifications and safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections and repairs of existing facades
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with facades and develop solutions
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors as needed for larger projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade work or related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of facade materials, installation methods, and repairs
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid work visa for Pakistan (sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate)
