Network and Systems Administrator

As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network, servers, and software applications. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Manage server infrastructure including installation, configuration, maintenance, and backup
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to the network or systems
- Provide technical support for employees using hardware or software applications
- Monitor system security to ensure data protection and prevent unauthorized access
- Implement upgrades or new technology solutions as needed to improve efficiency or functionality
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify issues and develop solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with server administration (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members effectively
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/MCSA/MCSE are a plus
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS/Azure) is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:
