Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure optimal performance
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in Java development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience with Java development (experience with Spring framework is a plus)
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
