Industrial Alpinist - Contract Position in Lisbon



We are hiring an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team on a contract basis in Lisbon. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at heights using specialized equipment and techniques. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting industrial rope access operations to perform tasks such as welding, painting, cleaning, and maintenance at height.
- Inspecting and maintaining all equipment used for rope access work.
- Following all safety procedures and ensuring the safety of yourself and your team members at all times.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities.
- Completing paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience working as an Industrial Alpinist.
- Valid IRATA or SPRAT certification.
- Strong knowledge of industrial rope access techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
