We are a leading company in the retail industry, looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$, perfect for foreigners who do not require English language skills and are looking to gain experience in the retail sector. We also offer a free visa and ticket for selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and mentor a team of sales associates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or retail management preferred but not required
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Fluent in Arabic, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
