Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the equipment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specific work instructions and safety guidelines
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions
- Conduct regular inspections of machines and report any issues to management
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions accurately
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Indian nationality (preferred)

We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1200 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation is not provided, so preference will be given to candidates who already reside in Bayan or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
