Milling Machine Operator
We are in need of an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Osijek. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating milling machines, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain machines as needed. This is a full-time position with the potential for overtime hours. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine machine settings and adjustments
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and perform regular maintenance on machines as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Meet production quotas while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating milling machines
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Experience with CNC programming is a plus
