Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist



We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial buildings. This job is suitable for men with experience in maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings to identify any issues or potential problems
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from tenants or building owners
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance work
- Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and other technical documents
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Salary: $900 per month

This job does not provide accommodation; therefore, candidates must be able to arrange their own housing in Vilnius. However, we offer flexible working hours.
